Frequently asked questions

Which prop firms are supported?
FTMO, FundedNext, The5ers and TopStep templates are built in. Any other firm works via "Custom" mode by entering the numbers manually.
Does it work with MT4 or cTrader?
Currently MT5 accounts only. MT4, cTrader and other platforms are not supported. MT5 is the most-used prop platform.
When do I get my license key?
Right after you subscribe, your license key is shown on the checkout page and in your receipt email. Enter it in the app to unlock PRO — it binds to the MT5 account you activate on.
Can I cancel? What about a new account?
Cancel anytime; after the period ends you return to the free version. Your key locks to the MT5 account you first activate — to move it to a new account, just contact support.
Auto-close scares me…
Auto-close is OFF by default and never runs unless you explicitly turn it on. You can just receive the warning and decide yourself. Note: please check your prop firm's rules on automation tools before enabling it.
Does it run on Mac?
Windows only for now. Mac support is undecided due to MT5 limitations.
